 Vibrant Jewel Tones & Shimmery Metallics were the topic of the night at Francesca's Collections, where I demonstrated how to incorporate these colors into your clothing, accessories and makeup! It was a Girl's Night Out of shopping fun at The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley's Martini's & Makeovers Event! SECTV Channel 2 Valley View News was there for the event- The idea is to keep the focus on one great item of your outfit, or one feature of your makeup. If it's a great jewel necklace, everything else should compliment it, not overpower it. If it's a beautiful jewel tone handbag, don't dress head to toe in the same color, mix it up.  If it's metallic eyes you're going for, play down the other areas of your face so that the eyes are the focal point.Customers loved having makeovers with Aveda's Jewels of the Earth Collection! I did Boutique Sales Assistant Jesse's eyes with Amethyst, Citrine and Sangione.  Boutique Manager, Jenny, and Sales Assistant Jesse, take a minute from a very busy night!  Many makeovers later, and many customers later, we're still smiling. I was happy to see that Jesse's makeup stayed perfect all night! |
