 Color Tattoo BY EYESTUDIO 24hr EYESHADOW Maybelline As the name implies, this color stays on like a tattoo. I haven't left it on for 24 hours, but it stays in place all day! What I really love is the consistency. It's a cream, but seems to have a light powder feel to it. It gives true color, which can be controlled easily. It sticks, yet is very blendable. Layer it for deeper tones, but you will get color from one coat! I would approach the brighter shades with a light hand at first, Tough as Taupe is a great neutral. I'm definitely a fan of Color Tattoo! |
